Today I loaded up my second most prize possession. All my tropical plants and citrus trees have been transported to a place they will survive. To nevermore be seen. I realize this may sound silly to some of you but plants are my "thing". I love re- potting, watching them grow, waiting for the blooms, smelling the flowers for months at a time. This was my hobby. A little piece of my soul died today.
To put salt in my wound, I googled "plants that live in boise" and this was the picture that came up... just dirt. Great.
